Welcome to Lasso! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lasso app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Lasso, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 


1. Eligibility

  • Lasso is available to users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service. By using Lasso, you affirm that you have the necessary consent if required.

6. Text Message Notifications

  • By using Lasso, you opt in to receiving invitations, notifications, and other communications via text message through Twilio.
  • You can opt out at any time by adjusting your settings or following provided opt-out instructions.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior on the Service.

  • Lasso is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the reliability or availability of the Service.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lasso and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of New Jersey.
